We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate the following attributes:
Proven track record in a competitive sales environment
The desire to provide exceptional customer service with a “above and beyond” attitude
An understanding of the emotional challenges faced when moving home
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance procedures
This is a full-time role where your daily duties will be varied but relate to customer service, property sales and lettings.
Primary tasks will include communicating with a large database of potential buyers, arranging and conducting viewings with potential buyers and sellers, handling property offers and negotiations and booking property valuations.
