Holding Deposit - To secure a property a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent is payable.
Refundable tenancy deposit - Tenancy deposits are capped at no more than five week’s rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000 or 6 weeks’ where the total rent is £50,000 or above.
Rent - As negotiated with landlord and stated within tenancy agreement.
Default fee for late payment of rent, where required, under a tenancy agreement - The amount of default fee is limited to 3% over the Bank of England base rate for each date that the payment is outstanding and applies to rent which is more than 14 days overdue.
Payments to vary the tenancy agreement during the tenancy - Amendments to tenancy agreements where requested by the tenant will incur a fee of £60 inclusive of VAT.
Payments associated with tenant requesting early termination of the tenancy - Tenants will be provided with written confirmation of all costs that will be incurred at the time of requesting early termination and such costs will be in accordance with The Tenant Fee Act 2019.
Payments for utilities, communication services, TV licence and Council Tax.
Lost Keys or security fobs - where any keys the Tenant is responsible for are either lost or stolen, the tenant shall be liable for the cost of having the relevant lock/s changed for the Property, one set of the new keys must immediately be made available to the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent and at the end of the Term.
An admin fee of £360 inclusive of VAT
Tenancy renewal fee of £180 inclusive of VAT
