We are often asked by both buyers and sellers for advice on which companies they should use to assist them in the process of buying, selling and moving home. As the Directors and staff have worked in the local area for many years, they have developed many professional relationships with companies within the industry which can help clients in the buying and selling process.
We are more than happy to provide recommendations on the basis that any recommendations provided by our staff, are based on previous experience and customer feedback. They are always made in good faith that the companies involved will assist clients with making the process as smooth as possible.
We would like to confirm that our customers are not obliged to use any recommendations we make, but where you do accept recommended services, there are a few companies that we work with that may on occasion pay an introduction fee to the company of up to £300 per transaction.
