We were delighted that the Mayor and Mayoress of Chelmsford could accommodate a visit to our office on Wednesday 4th March 2015 amid their busy schedule to select the winner of our Sell or Let your Home for Free competition.
The Mayor and Mayoress spent around an hour in the branch talking to the Directors and staff before Cllr Bob Villa selected the winning entry.
Pictured with our Directors, Graham Hughes and Lee Mann, Cllr Villa described the occasion "as a special moment to be able to pull out the winning ticket". Cllr Villa randomly selected the entry of Mr & Mrs Jackson of Little Baddow from over 50 entries.
He later said " I am sure they will be very pleased that they will have no fees to pay for the sale of their house and both the Mayoress and I wish the company a successful future"
