In January 2010 Bond Residential was opened by Directors, Graham Hughes and Steve Wiggins. This was the same year that Burj Khalifa, the Worlds' tallest building was finally completed and opened its doors in Dubai. Standing an impressive 2,716ft high with 160 floors it still remains the tallest building in the world.
Unlike the worlds tallest building Bond Residential has grown and now employs 10 people. In those first 5 years we have twice been finalists at ESTA's (Estate Agents awards for outstanding customer service) and indeed won 2 awards for outstanding customer service in 2012. These awards and our ongoing commitment to providing an outstanding and personal service to our customers have helped us establish ourselves as one of the leading Independent Estate Agents inChelmsford.
