We are able top provide Virtual Tours and Online Viewings initially and where buyers are in a position to proceed with the purchase we are able to support physical visits to properties safely.
How do I prepare for someone viewing my property?
Please ensure that all internal doors are left open enabling visitors to move through your home without having to touch door handles etc. All parties are required to wear face coverings and
where possible we encourage home owners to vacate the property whilst our staff and the potential buyers are there.
We also ask that you ensure that any touch points, such as door handles or light switches are cleaned before and after the viewing has taken place.
How should I prepare my property for its new owner?
Whether the property is being vacated for new homeowners or tenants, you will need to thoroughly clean your property before the new household move in.
A lot of Removal Companies now provide a Covid-19 deep clean service as part of their moving packages.
Is there anything else I need to be aware of?
We encourage all involved parties to be prepared for certain delays during the process and to be as flexible as possible.
