Mark your calendars for Saturday, 15th June 2024, from 12pm to 5pm, and head to Danbury for the much-awaited Danbury Village Summer Fete. Supported by Bond Residential, this event promises an afternoon of enjoyment and activities at Danbury Leisure Centre and Dawson Memorial Fields.
This year’s fete is packed with activities for kids and adults alike. Browse through our vibrant market, which features local crafts, tasty street food, and refreshing drinks. Kids can have a great time on the inflatables or participate in circus and parkour workshops. Enjoy live music, family games, and face painting throughout the day. Take a break with some afternoon tea or relax in our picnic area, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of community groups.
Entry to the Danbury Summer Fete is free, making it a perfect day out for families. For added fun, wristbands are available for the inflatables and circus workshops. Purchase them in advance for £3 for inflatables or £5 for a combined inflatables and circus experience from Danbury Leisure Centre. On the day purchases will be an extra £1 on these prices.
Parking is reserved for blue badge holders only. Additional parking can be found at Danbury Medical Centre, managed by the local Rotary Club. We encourage our guests to consider walking, cycling, or other transportation options.
The fun continues after 5pm with a community litter pick from 5pm to 6pm at Dawson Fields. Join us in celebrating, enjoying, and giving back at the Danbury Village Summer Fete.
