This video features Mike Bushell explaining how to do it and providing some hints and tips on how best to film your property on a mobile device.
He then goes onto explain how you use the link we have sent to clients to upload the video to us. Once we receive your video, we will take care of everything to ensure that it is shared with potential buyers and promoted on property portals such as our own website, www.bondresidential.co.uk, Rightmove, Zoopla and OntheMarket.
We do not expect people to agree to purchase your home without a physical viewing but hopefully it will give them a better insight into your homes features and help speed the process along once Covid Crisis restrictions are lifted.
