Check out the local pantomime

For many people, a trip to the panto is a traditional winter treat and this year, you can enjoy Aladdin in Chelmsford. This is an adventure for all of the family and you see Aladdin battling for the heart of the princess while dealing with the actions of Abanazer. The pantomime runs through December and into January so make sure that you arrange a date to come and have some fun with a classic story.

Snap up some new skills

If you are receiving, or at least hope to receive, a new camera for Christmas, you may be interested in the beginners’ digital photography course which is taking place in early January in Chelmsford. This will be an ideal chance for you to learn how to use your camera in the most effective way. Whether you want to develop skills for a new hobby or you are looking for a new career, learning in a small group and in a fun environment should provide you with all the encouragement you need to develop your skills.

With other options like the Senior Citizens Christmas Lunch or the Christmas Lunch at the Champions Manor Hall Community Centre, there should be plenty of options for you to get out and about when it comes to making the most of winter in Chelmsford.
